Air Travel – Closest Airport is TPA (Tampa, FL), and is approximately 60 minutes from the venue. Please plan accordingly. Transportation to and from the facility will not be provided.

This course requires proof of a valid dental license and valid malpractice insurance. These items must be submitted within 7 days of registering for the course.
